Diesel / Carbon Flush Machine 910

The new Diesel Flush Machine 910 is a cutting-edge Diesel Fuel Service and carbon clean which yields exceptional results.

Exclusive to Performa Lubricants Europe Ltd., this machine is the first of its kind to be introduced outside of the US market and was recently exclusively launched at the 2014 CV Show in Birmingham.

The most common problems with diesel vehicles include:

  • Poor performance
  • Poor miles per gallon (MPG)
  • Fuel injection problems
  • Turbo (loss of power)
  • Blocked EGR valve
  • Carbon build-up in EGR cooler
  • Blocked DPF filter
  • Harmful emissions


The DFS 910 Diesel EGR and Injector cleaning machine cleans the EGR and EGR Cooler as well as cleaning the DPF Filter. The Diesel Flush Machine 910 also removes carbon and soot, which is a massive problem with DPF filters.

The DFS 910 significantly reduces all of these concerns in a complete service, which takes approximately ONE HOUR, without the mechanical strip down of engine components.
